**US Shipping**

Most US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class.

All US orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

If your package is lost or damaged it is covered by USPS insurance.

You are responsible for filing the claim.

There are no refunds or returns unless there was a mistake on our end.

If your package is returned unclaimed or you put the wrong address, you will have to pay for shipping again.

If you put the wrong address and the package is delivered to that wrong address we will not send a replacement or refund.

**International Shipping**

Canada & International packages are shipped USPS First Class International Package which does not provide shipping or insurance in most countries and will usually only track the shipment until it leaves the US.

Please keep in mind the current shipping situation in the world. Some countries are not accepting packages from the US and mail has been backed up.

About 99% of packages make it to their destination with out a problem but sometimes they can be mishandled by the post office and damaged and some get lost in the mail.

Sometimes packages may get caught in customs and take up to 90 days to deliver.

Sometimes packages may be held at your post office and your country may charge import fees.

Once it is shipped there is nothing on our end that we can do, just suggest you be patient because 99% of the time it will arrive.

We will not cover any lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed packages.

If you put the wrong address and the package is delivered to that wrong address we will not send a replacement or refund.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, which includes tracking and insurance, send a message after purchasing. It cost between 2x-4x as much as standard shipping rates.
