**US Shipping**
US Shipped USPS Media Mail or First Class with tracking and insurance.
If your package is lost or damaged, it is covered by USPS insurance. You are responsible for filing the claim which is a simple process done at usps.com
We will not cover any lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed packages.

**International Shipping**
Canada & International packages are shipped USPS First Class International Package which does not provide shipping or insurance in most countries and will usually only track the shipment until it leaves the US.
Please keep in mind the current Covid shipping situation. Some countries are not accepting packages from the US and mail has been backed up.
About 99% of packages make it to their destination with out a problem but sometimes they can be mishandled by the post office and damaged and rarely get lost in the mail.
We will not cover any lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed packages.
Sometimes packages may get caught in customs and take up to 90 days to deliver.
Sometimes packages may be held at your post office is your country may charge import fees.
Once it is shipped there is nothing on our end that we can do, just suggest you be patient because 99% of the time it will arrive.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, which includes tracking and insurance, send a message after purchasing. It cost between 2x-4x as much as standard shipping rates.
There are no refunds or returns.
We are not are not a large corperation with customer service. We are a small record label that does limited releases. If you can not agree to these terms then do not buy the product.
