**US Shipping**

Most US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, First Class or Media Mail.

All US orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

If your package is lost or damaged it is covered by USPS insurance.

You are responsible for filing the claim.

There are no refunds or returns unless there was a mistake on our end.

If your package is returned unclaimed or you put the wrong address, you will have to pay for shipping again.

If you put the wrong address and the package is delivered to that wrong address we will not send a replacement or refund.

We are not a customer service company. We are a small label creating limited merchandise.

**International Shipping**

Canada & International packages are shipped USPS or UPS and are not insured.

Please keep in mind the current shipping situation in the world. Some countries are not accepting packages from the US and mail has been backed up.

Buyer is responsible for any tarrif, duties, customs, or any other import charges.

Please track your order after shipment to make sure it arrives at the destination. Tracking is only provided in the US.

Sometimes packages may get caught in customs and take up to 90 days to deliver.

Sometimes packages may be held at your post office and your country may charge import fees.

If your package is unclaimed, you put the wrong address or is returned by your mistake, buyer will have to pay shipping costs again or a refund for only the product cost.

If you put the wrong address and the package is delivered to that wrong address we will not send a replacement or refund.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, which includes tracking and insurance, send a message after purchasing. It usually cost about 2x as much as standard shipping rates.
