Canada & International are shipped USPS First Class Package which does not provide insurance and will usually track the package until delivery, but might only track the shipment until it leaves the US, depending on the destination.
We will not cover any lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed packages.
If a package is lost in the US, it is covered by insurance which you are required to claim.
