US Shipped USPS Priority
We will not cover any lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed packages.
If your package is lost or damaged, you are responsible for filing the claim.
Canada & International packages are shipped USPS First Class International Package which does not provide shipping or insurance in most countries and will usually only track the shipment until it leaves the US.
If you would like to upgrade shipping, just send a message. Priority rates are about twice as much as standard rates but include tracking and insurance.
